Shares Surge 83%, Hermanto Tanoko's Company (ZONE) Under IDX Surveillance
Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has declared unusual market activity (UMA) for shares of PT Mega Perintis Tbk. (ZONE), effective from the first trading session on Tuesday (23/6/2026). The decision was made because the clothing retail company, which owns the Manzone brand, experienced an abnormal price increase.
Citing data from Stockbit, ZONE shares soared 83.53% to 630 per share over the past week. Furthermore, the stock held by Hermanto Tanoko’s Tancorp Group has surged 93.60% over the last three months.
In connection with the UMA on ZONE, the IDX stated it is currently monitoring the development of the stock’s transaction patterns.
"The UMA announcement does not necessarily indicate a violation of the laws and regulations in the Capital Market sector," the Exchange said in its statement, quoted on Tuesday (23/6/2026).
Therefore, investors are expected to: a. Pay attention to the Listed Company’s response to the Exchange’s confirmation request; b. Observe the Listed Company’s performance and information disclosure; c. Re-evaluate the Listed Company’s corporate action plans if they have not yet received approval from the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS); d.
