Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is closely monitoring the Unusual Market Activity (UMA) patterns for PT Citatah Tbk. (CTTH), PT Formosa Ingredient Factory Tbk. (BOBA), and PT Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Tbk. (DEPO) starting from Thursday, 23 April 2026. These issuers are under scrutiny due to unjustified share price increases.

According to the IDX disclosure of information, the shares are exhibiting movements outside the norm (Unusual Market Activity). This step is taken to protect investors, particularly shareholders of these three issuers.

“The announcement of Unusual Market Activity (UMA) does not necessarily indicate a violation of capital market regulations,” stated IDX management, as quoted from its official website.

The latest information regarding CTTH, an issuer involved in marble sales, dates back to 14 April 2026, published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website concerning explanations on transaction volatility.

“In connection with the occurrence of UMA on CTTH shares, we would like to state that the Exchange is currently observing the developments in this share’s transaction patterns,” it stated.

Citing market data, CTTH shares rose 13.56% to Rp134 per share in yesterday’s trading. Meanwhile, CTTH shares have increased by 86.11% over the past month, while remaining stagnant year to date.

With this announcement, investors are advised to pay attention to the issuers’ responses to the Exchange’s confirmation requests, monitor the issuers’ performance and information disclosures, review any planned corporate actions if they have not yet received shareholder approval, and consider various potential future developments before making investment decisions.

Similarly to CTTH, the IDX is giving special attention to BOBA shares due to transaction volatility deemed unjustified. The latest details on BOBA are included in the disclosure of information dated 21 April 2026 regarding the submission of unaudited interim financial statements.

During yesterday’s trading, shares of this beverage ingredients company rose 24.56% to Rp284. BOBA shares have been monitored to rise 74.23% over the monthly period and have increased 56.04% year to date (YTD).

On the other hand, DEPO, the company managing Depo Bangunan, is also under IDX scrutiny due to its unjustified transactions. Previously, the company had published an explanation on transaction volatility dated 20 April 2026.

Throughout yesterday’s trading, this issuer’s shares moved up 12.41% to Rp326 per share. Over the past month, its shares have risen 52.34%, and year to date, they have increased 23.48%.
