Share Prices Soar, IDX Suspends Trading in GRPH and SINI
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has temporarily halted trading (suspension) in the shares of PT Griptha Putra Persada Tbk (GRPH) and PT Singaraja Putra Tbk (SINI) after both recorded significant cumulative price increases.
Citing an IDX disclosure, the suspension took effect from trading on 8 September 2026 in both the regular and cash markets.
The step serves as a cooling-down measure to protect investors, particularly holders of GRPH and SINI shares.
The suspension is intended to provide market participants with sufficient time to consider carefully the available information when making each investment decision.
All interested parties are expected to always pay attention to the disclosures issued by each company.
For context, GRPH shares rose 34.6% over the last five days and soared 106.2% over the past month to Rp 132 per share, with a market capitalisation of Rp 132 billion.
Meanwhile, SINI shares climbed 35.2% over the last five days and rocketed 113.8% over the past month to Rp 15,075 per share, with a market capitalisation reaching Rp 18.13 trillion.
