Several Ministers and the National Police Chief Attend Halalbihalal at the Palace

JAKARTA - Several ministers and state officials attended the halalbihalal event held by President Prabowo Subianto at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, on Saturday (21/6/2026). Among the officials seen present were Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto, Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, Tourism Minister Widiyanti Putri Wardhana, and Head of the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) Arif Satria. National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo also appeared to join in direct greetings with the President. Earlier, the sixth President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) attended with his family, including his two sons, Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) and Edhie Baskoro Yudhoyono. President Prabowo’s son, Didit Prabowo, also greeted the arrival of the SBY family in the palace courtyard. Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka also attended with his wife, Selvi Ananda, and their children. Previously, State Secretary Minister (Mensesneg) Prasetyo Hadi Prasetyo emphasised that this open house was specifically intended for the public. “He does not want to trouble them because there might be family agendas or events. So this afternoon, it is specifically open for the general public,” Prasetyo added.
