Several GBK Areas to Be Temporarily Closed Tomorrow for Hotel Sultan Eviction

Several areas within the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) complex will be temporarily closed tomorrow. This is in connection with the eviction execution of the former Hotel Sultan (Blok 15 GBK).

Based on official information from the GBK management, the following areas will be temporarily closed on Thursday, 18 June 2026:

  1. Access to Gates 5, 7, and 8

  • Time: Thursday, 18 June 2026, from 00:00 to 24:00 WIB

  • Temporary closure of Gates 5, 7, and 8 for the eviction execution of the former Hotel Sultan (Blok 15 GBK)

  • Entry and exit access is diverted to Gate 2, Gate 10, and Gate 6 (for pedestrians)

  1. East Parking, City Forest, Softball Stadium, and JI KTT up to JICC

  • Time: Thursday, 18 June 2026, from 00:00 to 24:00 WIB

  • Temporary closure of the East Parking area, City Forest, Softball Stadium, and JI. KTT up to JICC for the eviction execution of the former Hotel Sultan (Blok 15 GBK)

  • Other GBK areas and zones will continue to operate as usual

Important information regarding operational adjustments in the GBK area on Thursday (18/6):

  • Gates open to the public are Gate 2 and Gate 10

  • Jogging is not permitted on Jalan KTT. Jalan KTT from Gate 5 to JICC is cleared of public activities

  • There is a vehicle checkpoint in front of the ABC Field parking entrance. Vehicle exit access is only through Gate 2 and Gate 10
