The drug trafficking case at the White Rabbit nightclub on Jalan Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta, has entered a new phase. The seven suspects arrested in the case will soon stand trial.

The Director of Drug Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim Polri), Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, stated that the seven suspects are set to be tried after their case files were declared complete (P-21). Bareskrim investigators have transferred the suspects and evidence to the South Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office (Kejari).

“The transfer of the seven suspects in the White Rabbit drug case was carried out at 14.00 WIB this afternoon,” said Brigadier General Eko Hadi in a statement on Thursday (16/7/2026).

The phase II transfer of the seven suspects was conducted under the security of seven investigators from Sub-Directorate IV of the Bareskrim Drug Crime Directorate, led by Senior Commissioner Handi Zusen. The public prosecutor will now prepare the indictment against the suspects before they are brought to court.

In addition to handing over the suspects, investigators also transferred 75 items of evidence, including a safe, notebooks, various types of ecstasy pills (bearing tiger head, TMT, and Transformer logos), eight plastic bags containing etomidate cartridges, mobile phones, credit cards, and ATM cards.

The seven transferred suspects are:

  1. Farid Ridwan (38), the provider and distributor of narcotics;

  2. Rully Endrae (41), a supervisor who contacted Ridwan when guests ordered drugs after being contacted and assessed by Yaser;

  3. Memo Hasian Nababan alias Sean (27), a captain who called the supervisor to assess guests ordering drugs;

  4. Rizky Fridayanti alias Kiki (23), a waiter who called the captain if a guest wanted to order narcotics;

  5. Erwin Septian alias Ewing (36), a dealer or ‘pharmacist’ who supplied the drugs;

  6. Alex Kurniawan (42), the owner and director;

  7. Yaser Leopold Talahatu (38), the operational manager.

Previously, the White Rabbit nightclub on Jalan Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta, was raided by Bareskrim investigators on Monday, 16 March 2026. The raid followed an undercover buy operation based on information about drug distribution at the nightclub. The drug trafficking operation at the South Jakarta nightclub had been ongoing for about two years. During the case development, police arrested the owner and the operational manager of the club. Eko stated that suspect Alex Kurniawan, the owner, admitted to knowing about the drug distribution at the nightclub since 2024.
