Seven Free Mudik Journeys for 2026 Still Available for Booking – Have You Got Your Ticket?
A number of free mudik programmes from various government agencies remain open, meaning the public still has the opportunity to obtain free mudik tickets according to the travel routes provided.
“In welcoming Eid al-Fitr 1447H, the State-Owned Enterprise Regulatory Board together with Danantara are once again organising Free Mudik 2026 with SOEs under the theme ‘Safe Mudik, Shared Hope’,” according to the official Instagram account @bumn_id on Friday, 26 February 2026.
This year, the target number of participants transported reaches more than 100,000 homebound travellers via land, rail, and sea transport.
Registration for Free Mudik remains open until Saturday, 28 February 2026 or until quotas are full. Free Mudik BTN 2026 is available for departure on 17 March 2026.
Registration and departure for Free Mudik BTN 2026 is located at specified locations with six travel routes available to homebound travellers.
Requirements and conditions for Free Mudik BTN 2026 are as follows: the programme is open to active BTN account holders who must have an account on the Bale by BTN application. During registration, prospective participants are required to present an original National Identity Card (KTP) along with a copy, as well as a BTN savings book and its photocopy. For child participants without personal identification, parents or guardians may submit a photocopy of the Family Card (KK) as a substitute. Each participant is only permitted to register once in the Free Mudik BUMN 2026 programme and cannot be registered with another BUMN. One account number can be used for a maximum of four departure tickets, with one ticket valid for one person.
According to the official Instagram account @kimiafarma.ind, registration for free mudik Eid 2026 can be done through the Kimia Farma Mobile application in the “Safe Mudik Registration, Shared Hope via Kimia Farma” section. “Before registering, please first read the terms and conditions of the Mudik programme with BUMN through Kimia Farma 2026 on the Mudik Registration with BUMN banner in the Kimia Farma Mobile application,” it stated.
Free mudik with Kimia Farma is available for departure on 17 March 2026, with the departure point at PT Kimia Farma Tbk Head Office, Jalan Veteran Number 9 Gambir Central Jakarta.
The following are the free mudik routes for Kimia Farma 2026:
Jakarta – Semarang (via Trans Java toll)
Jakarta – Solo (via Trans Java toll)
Jakarta – Yogyakarta (via Trans Java toll)
Jakarta – Surabaya (via Trans Java toll)
Jakarta – Padang (via Trans Sumatera toll and eastern route across Sumatera)
The quota for free mudik BUMN with Kimia Farma is available for only 240 people. Registration will open from 08:00 WIB until 15:00 WIB.
It should be noted that free mudik tickets cannot be cancelled after participants complete re-registration. Participants who cancel tickets after re-registration will be added to a blacklist and cannot participate in mudik with the programme in subsequent years.

Members of the public wishing to register for the Pos Indonesia 2026 free mudik programme must meet the following requirements:
Prospective mudik participants must possess an identity card such as KTP/KIA/KK
Prospective mudik participants must be loyal Pos Indonesia customers who hold a Pospay account and have conducted financial services transactions through the Pospay application or nearest Pos outlet
Prospective mudik participants must be loyal Pos Indonesia customers who have conducted document/goods delivery transactions through the PosAja! application or nearest Pos outlet
Transactions must be for the 2026 period
