Seven Companies in IPO Pipeline on Indonesia Stock Exchange

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) said seven companies are currently in the pipeline to conduct initial public offerings (IPOs).

IDX Director of Listing Assessment Saidu Solihin said the IPO pipeline comprises two companies with small-scale assets of less than Rp50 billion, two companies with medium-sized assets ranging from Rp50 billion to Rp250 billion, and three companies with large-scale assets exceeding Rp250 billion.

By sector, four companies are from the healthcare sector, while one is from consumer non-cyclicals, one from energy, and one from industrials.

“As of August 28, 2026, seven new companies have listed their shares on the IDX, raising a total of Rp2.16 trillion,” Saidu said in a written statement on Friday, August 28, 2026.

The IDX also recorded 14 debt securities and sukuk issuances from nine issuers currently in the bond pipeline. As of August 28, 2026, Saidu said 122 issuances from 62 issuers had been issued, raising a total of Rp112 trillion.

Saidu said the companies in the bond pipeline include two from the basic materials sector and three from the energy sector. There is also one company from the industrials sector and two from the infrastructure sector.

Meanwhile, in its corporate action pipeline, the IDX recorded one company waiting to conduct a rights issue. The company is from the property and real estate sector.

“As of August 28, 2026, 15 listed companies had conducted rights issues with a total value of Rp15.85 trillion,” Saidu said.
