Seven Companies in BEI IPO Queue, Most with Large Asset Bases
Jakarta, Kompas.com – The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) disclosed that there are seven companies in the queue for initial public offerings (IPO) on the Indonesian capital market. Of these, six are large-asset issuers, while one falls into the mid-size asset category. I Gede Nyoman Yetna, BEI’s Director of Corporate Valuation, said that to date there are seven companies in BEI’s stock listing pipeline. The criterion for large-asset companies is assets above Rp 250 billion. Medium-asset companies have assets between Rp 50 billion and Rp 250 billion. These provisions refer to Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 53/POJK.04/2017. Of the seven companies in the IPO queue, Nyoman notes that three are from the financial sector. In the year to 6 March 2026, BEI records show no IPOs on the Indonesian capital market. Thus, the number of companies listed on the Indonesian capital market remains 956 as of 6 March 2026, unchanged from the end of 2025. Meanwhile, as of 6 March 2026, BEI records 37 issues from 26 issuers of debt securities and Sukuk (EBUS) with funds raised totalling Rp 41.41 trillion. Regarding rights issues, as of 6 March 2026, three companies had undertaken such actions with a total value of Rp 3.75 trillion. In the queue, there is one company planning to undertake a rights issue, from the property sector.
