Sespimmen Dikreg 66 Participants Deepen Leadership Experience at South Tangerang Police Resort
Ten students from the Sespimmen Sespim Lemdiklat Polri (Police Middle Management Education Programme) Dikreg 66 for the 2026 fiscal year undertook Leadership Actualisation activities at the South Tangerang (Tangsel) Police Resort. The programme serves as competency preparation for prospective officers.
“This leadership actualisation is designed to equip the students with managerial and leadership competencies at the middle level, enabling them to respond to the increasingly complex dynamics and challenges of policing duties,” said South Tangerang Police Chief AKBP Boy Jamalolo on Monday (16/2/2026).
The Leadership Actualisation at the South Tangerang Police Resort was held on Thursday and Friday (12-13 February). He stated that the programme forms part of vocational training in the form of an apprenticeship, aimed at providing practical insights and hands-on experience related to the execution of real duties in regional units.
He said the participants were directly involved in various operational and managerial activities at the South Tangerang Police Resort. Participants were expected to gain a deeper understanding of public service strategies, resource management, and precise, measurable decision-making.
The Leadership Actualisation programme also served as a platform for honing the students’ analytical and problem-solving abilities. According to him, the increasingly complex challenges of policing demand that officers possess adequate conceptual readiness and field experience.
During the programme, student Ardyan Yudo Setyantono, who serves as Senate Chairman (KASENAT) of Dikreg 66 for the 2026 fiscal year, took part alongside fellow participants. His active role reflects a commitment to implementing leadership values, collaboration, and public service as part of the transformation towards a Precision-oriented Indonesian National Police.
“This actualisation programme represents one of the concrete steps in producing professional, integrity-driven, and responsive police leaders who can meet the needs of the community within the South Tangerang Police Resort’s jurisdiction,” he said.
