Seskoad Commander Hails Event Historic as President Prabowo Briefs 1,095 TNI and Police Officers

BANDUNG – President of Indonesia addressed officer cadets from Sesko TNI, Sespimti Polri, Sesko AD, Sesko AL, Sesko AU, and Sespimmen Polri at the Seskoad Complex in Bandung, West Java, on Monday, 25 May 2026. The President’s arrival was met with enthusiastic cheers as the ‘Maju Tak Gentar’ song resounded across the venue. A solemn mood ensued as the national anthem, ‘Indonesia Raya’, was sung. The opening ceremony proceeded with the TNI march, each military branch’s march, and the Polri march, sung in unison by all attendees. The briefing was attended by 1,095 officer cadets from the TNI and Polri undergoing training. Seskoad Commander Major General Agustinus Purboyo reported that attendees included officer cadets from across TNI branches and Polri for the direct briefing. ‘We are honoured to have you here, Mr President; 1,095 personnel are present before you,’ he stated. Following the report, President Prabowo Subianto addressed the officer cadets. Prior to taking the stage, he shook hands with several officers, creating a warm and cordial atmosphere. The President’s address was attentively received by all participants.
