Serving Consumers from Ramadan to Eid al-Fitr 2026, Pertamina Patra Niaga Implements These 4 Pillars
Jakarta – Pertamina Patra Niaga has reaffirmed its readiness to meet the public’s energy needs during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr 2026. The service carries the spirit ‘Energi untuk Melangkah Penuh Harapan’ (Energy for Stepping Forward with Full Hope). This is implemented through four pillars of service: energy services, attentive regional service, a promotion programme, and the preparation of additional services for the community. To ensure smooth distribution, all infrastructure has been placed on standby, covering 7,885 SPBU, of which 2,074 are 24-hour SPBU, and 6,777 Pertashop for BBM. For household needs, 6,662 LPG agents are provided, including 6,300 24-hour on-call Agen, 757 SPBE, and 223 Agen Minyak Tanah. Corporate Secretary Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV. Dumatubun, explained that service enhancement is achieved through flexible additional service schemes. On potential routes such as toll roads, tourism corridors, and main cross-country routes, Pertamina Patra Niaga is deploying 24-hour SPBU, 96 modular BBM services, and 62 Kios Pertamina Siaga at 64 locations, as well as 200 standby tanker units as backup BBM supply. ‘Modular’ units are placed at several nearby points or even at SPBU locations, so that if consumption surges occur there is no need to wait for transit time from terminal to SPBU. The modulars serve as an alternative SPBU on routes where there are relatively few SPBU. In addition to ensuring energy supply, Pertamina Patra Niaga is also introducing 41 Serambi MyPertamina units at rest areas, on tourist routes, airports, and ports, as free rest stops complete with musalla, a mini clinic and medical check, kids’ corner, massage chairs, barbershop, food and drink, currency exchange service, and skin checks with sunscreen dispensers for travellers. ‘Energy for stepping forward with full hope’ reflects that Pertamina Patra Niaga brings a spirit to pause not only at SPBU to refuel, but also to pause with facilities for worship and rest,’ added Roberth. As part of the additional services, Pertamina Patra Niaga also deploys the Pertamina Delivery Service (PDS) BBM that operates on busy routes, including toll roads, to assist the public in emergencies such as running out of BBM during travel. Additionally, ambulances will be stationed at Serambi MyPertamina locations, free porter services at several airports, and free towing and service cars to aid travellers.
