Despite the implementation of Work From Home (WFH), the Civil Registry and Population Records Office (Disdukcapil) of Purwakarta Regency, West Java, continues to provide population administration (adminduk) services to the public.

The services of the Civil Registry and Population Records Office (Disdukcapil) of Purwakarta Regency remain operating normally during Work From Home (WFH) through the implementation of a shift system, the Madukara Public Service Mall, and the deployment of two operational vehicles.

“Services to the public continue to run normally, even though some regional apparatus work units are implementing a work-from-home system during the initial to final period of the collective leave for Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah,” said the Secretary of the Disdukcapil of Purwakarta Regency, Wawan Supriatna, on Thursday (2/4).

Wawan assured that the public need not worry about processing population documents, such as ID cards, family cards, birth certificates, and other documents. All services remain open with work system adjustments that have been arranged to stay optimal.

In addition, they also urged the public to utilise services in an orderly manner and follow the established procedures to ensure smooth service delivery.

“The principle is, we remain committed to providing the best services to the public, even under adjusted work pattern conditions,” Wawan stated.

Wawan explained that the public can still process various population-related documents every day. “We provide services every day. Monday to Thursday from 08.00 to 15.00, while Friday from 08.00 to 15.30, and Saturday and Sunday from 08.00 to 12.00, services are conducted at the Madukara Public Service Mall,” Wawan clarified.

The WFH work scheme is only intended for civil servants whose duties do not directly involve public services.
