As stated in my first letter responding to Daripin Wongso's
complaint, MACHINDO, as Kodak's authorized distributor providing
after sales support for Kodak digital cameras, will handle any
minor repairs in Indonesia.

It can be a different case for major repairs, such as when
special calibration equipment is needed to ensure the best color
is achieved after change of parts and repairs are done. Hence
such cameras need to be sent to Kodak Singapore to be serviced.

Kodak provides a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects
for both labor and parts.
