Service at Lippo bank

Service at Lippo bank

A few days ago I went to a Lippo bank branch at Permata Hijau, South Jakarta, to withdraw money from my Lippo Super Savings account. I had transferred money to my account, but one of the bank's employees told me that I couldn't have done a transfer because the branch doesn't have an online service.

He said I had to write down the latest amount in my saving book for proof, which I don't think is very professional.

I am a customer of Lippo bank in Cibubur, East Jakarta, and I was told by customer service there that the bank is online and that I could withdraw from my savings account at any Lippo branch in Indonesia, let alone Jakarta. I once withdrew money from a branch on Jl. S. Parman, West Jakarta, and from a branch near Harapan Kita Hospital also on Jl. S. Parman, and their computer systems seemed to work fine.

I would like to know whether all Lippo branches are connected through online services as I was told before and would be

grateful if Lippo could clarify the matter.
