Series of Listed Companies Distributing Dividends in May 2026, from ISAT to ARCI

Several listed companies will distribute dividends from the 2025 fiscal year profits. The dividend-paying companies come from various sectors, ranging from telecommunications, banking, construction, shipping, to mining. The value of the dividends distributed reaches billions to trillions of rupiah. This situation reflects the solid financial performance of the listed companies amid stock market pressures since the beginning of 2026. PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) is one of the listed companies with the largest dividend value, namely Rp 3.57 trillion. In addition, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) is also preparing a dividend of Rp 1.51 trillion, while Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (BJTM) is distributing a dividend of Rp 850.17 billion. ISAT Corporate Secretary Reski Damayanti said that the dividend distribution is supported by net profit attributable to the parent entity of Rp 5.5 trillion with total equity of Rp 39.5 trillion as of the end of 2025. “The dividend per share reaches Rp 111,” Reski wrote in her statement on Thursday (7/5/2026). The cum dividend in the regular and negotiated markets falls on 13 May 2026, while the dividend payment is made on 5 June 2026. In the sharia banking sector, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) is also distributing cash dividends of Rp 1.51 trillion or Rp 32.81 per share. The dividend comes from net profit attributable to the parent entity of Rp 7.56 trillion. As of the end of 2025, BRIS’s total equity is recorded at Rp 51.95 trillion. BRIS’s cum dividend in the regular and negotiated markets is scheduled for 13 May 2026, while the dividend payment is made on 5 June 2026. Meanwhile, Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (BJTM) is distributing cash dividends of Rp 850.17 billion or Rp 56.62 per share. BJTM’s dividend comes from the 2025 fiscal year net profit of Rp 1.54 trillion with total equity reaching Rp 12.94 trillion. The cum dividend in the regular and negotiated markets takes place on 18 May 2026. The dividend payment is scheduled for 5 June 2026.
