PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Centratama), a subsidiary of EdgePoint Infrastructure, today announced significant senior leadership changes effective 1 July. Jacopo Rigamonti has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, while Kania Mustikasari has been named Director and Chief People & Corporate Affairs Officer. Following their resignations in April, current CEO Raymond Yan and Chief Operations Officer Jim Burns will step down on 30 June 2026 before transitioning to advisory roles temporarily to ensure a smooth handover. The transition reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to leadership continuity and long-term value creation in Indonesia’s digital infrastructure sector. In his new role, Rigamonti will oversee Centratama’s entire business, focusing on value creation and growth, strengthening customer partnerships, driving infrastructure innovation, and continuing the company’s expansion across Indonesia. Mustikasari will continue to drive organisational development and enhance the company’s position and reputation. ‘I am honoured to take on this new responsibility during Centratama’s current journey. We remain committed to delivering high-quality digital infrastructure solutions that support Indonesia’s connectivity ambitions,’ said Rigamonti. EdgePoint Infrastructure Chief Executive Officer Suresh Sidhu stated that Indonesia’s telecommunications landscape is rapidly evolving, driven by increasing demand for seamless connectivity, fibreisation, 5G adoption, and digital infrastructure expansion. ‘As Centratama enters its next growth phase, we are confident that Jacopo’s leadership, commercial vision, and deep industry understanding will position the company strongly,’ he added. Under Yan and Burns’ leadership, Centratama expanded its portfolio from approximately 4,600 sites to over 11,000 nationwide, doubled its fibre network to 5,000 km, and strengthened its role in supporting Indonesia’s growing digital ambitions and 5G ecosystem. Other achievements under their tenure include leading industry EBITDA margins, implementing 5G In-Building Coverage solutions in high-density commercial areas in North Jakarta, and developing Fixed Wireless Access and non-MNO businesses. Centratama also announced the appointment of Dato’ Charon Wardini bin Mokhzani as an Independent Commissioner, further strengthening corporate governance and strategic oversight. His appointment takes effect from 30 June 2026. Currently Chairman of Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Berhad Group and Exim Bank Malaysia, Dato’ Charon previously held senior roles at MIDF, Khazanah Research Institute, and CIMB Group, including CEO of CIMB Investment Bank Berhad. His extensive experience in financial services, investment management, strategy, governance, and regional business leadership will significantly contribute to guiding the company’s future direction. All appointments were approved at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 26 May 2026.
