Senior Judge at Central Java High Court Allegedly Perpetrator of Sexual Harassment

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, SEMARANG – A senior judge at the Central Java High Court (Jateng) is alleged to have committed sexual harassment against a colleague. The case has been examined by the Judicial Commission. Based on information gathered by Republika, the senior judge at the Central Java High Court suspected of sexual harassment is initialled MH. At least three women are believed to be victims of the harassment. All three are in the same work environment as MH. MH is said to be entering retirement in May 2026. Meanwhile, the alleged sexual harassment case by him has been reported since 2025. Spokesperson for the Judicial Commission, Anita Kadir, confirmed the existence of the alleged sexual harassment case by a senior judge at the Central Java High Court. “It is true. It has been examined, and the results of the examination have been decided by the KY (Judicial Commission) commissioners. The recommendation results have been sent to the RI Supreme Court (MA),” Anita stated when confirmed by Republika via short message, Tuesday (28/4/2026).
