Sending of illegal workers foiled

MATARAM, West Nusa Tenggara: Police in West Lombok have
thwarted the dispatch of 68 illegal workers, including one woman,
to Malaysia.

Antara quoted West Lombok Police Chief Lt. Col. Djunaidhy
Tiansyah as saying Thursday that the workers were arrested as
they were about to board a bus at their lodging in Karang
Jangkong, in the Mataram municipality, last Wednesday.

All 68 workers were released but police are now searching for
their recruiters, who were identified as Fauzi, Muhrim and Muhur,
