Seminar on venture capital

JAKARTA (JP): Bacelius Ruru, chairman of the Capital Market
Supervisory Agency (Bapepam), and Marzuki Usman, chief
commissioner of the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) will be among
the speakers at a seminar on venture capital and over the counter
(OTC) market to be held here next month.

Other speakers will include Aburizal Bakrie, chairman of the
Indonesian Chamber of Commerce Industry (Kadin), and Gunawan
Yusuf, an executive of a securities company.

The seminar, to be organized by PT Margana Triutama, will
discuss venture capital and the OTC market as effective vehicles
in assisting small and medium-scale companies in the country.

The seminar will be held a the Enteos Convention Center on
Aug. 11.(hen)
