Seminar on marine science research

PURWOKERTO, Central Java: A four-day seminar and workshop on
marine science research capacity-building and education will
begin here on Monday at Jenderal Soedirman University.

The seminar, held in cooperation with the German government,
will bring together some 150 scientists from across southeast
Asia and Germany.

University rector Rubiyanto Misman told journalists here on
Friday that one of the main aims of the seminar was to exchange
views on information from various researches conducted in both
Asia and Europe. (45)
