Semen Indonesia (SMGR) to Distribute IDR 190.84 Billion Dividend

PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (SMGR) has set a cash dividend distribution for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to IDR 190.84 billion for its shareholders. The dividend comes from the net profit of the 2025 fiscal year.

According to a disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the total dividend distributed is equivalent to IDR 28.33 per share. This decision was made at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).

“The full amount of IDR 190,848,000,000 or IDR 28.33 per share is set as a cash dividend,” stated SIG management on Wednesday (13/5/2026).

Management announced that the dividend payment will be made proportionally to shareholders whose names are recorded in the Shareholders Register (DPS) on the recording date.

End of trading period for shares with dividend rights (cum dividend) in the Cash Market: 22 May 2026

Start of trading period for shares without dividend rights (ex dividend) in the Regular and Negotiated Markets: 21 May 2026

Start of trading period for shares without dividend rights (ex dividend) in the Cash Market: 25 May 2026

Recording date or date of the list of shareholders entitled to the dividend: 22 May 2026

Cash dividend payment: 11 June 2026
