Semen Indonesia (SMGR) Profits Skyrocket Fivefold to Rp228.25 Billion
PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SMGR) recorded a surge in net profit of up to 471.13% year-on-year during the first half of 2026.
According to the latest financial reports, the current year’s profit attributable to the owners of the parent entity reached Rp228.25 billion, jumping more than fivefold compared to Rp39.97 billion during the same period the previous year.
This profit surge aligns with SMGR’s revenue growth of 13.08% year-on-year. The company’s revenue increased to Rp17.65 trillion in the first half of 2026 from Rp15.60 trillion in the same period last year.
Regarding third-party segments, SIG’s revenue was dominated by cement sales amounting to Rp13.15 trillion, clinker at Rp1.69 trillion, ready-mixed concrete at Rp713.26 billion, non-cement building materials at Rp470.46 billion, construction services at Rp204.7 billion, logistics at Rp201.5 billion, cement bags at Rp58.63 billion, land rentals at Rp24.73 billion, and others at Rp121.2 billion.
Alongside the increase in revenue, the cost of goods sold also rose to Rp13.85 trillion from the previous Rp12.47 trillion.
In terms of capital, SMGR’s total assets were recorded at Rp74.62 trillion. This figure decreased from Rp76.56 trillion at the end of last year.
Meanwhile, total equity was recorded at Rp47.88 trillion, while liabilities were recorded at Rp25.24 trillion.
