Sembawang wins S$43.26m contract
SINGAPORE: Sembawang Kimtrans Ltd., a Singapore mining
logistics company, said on Tuesday it has won a three-year
contract to supply and operate seven self-propelled barges for
Thailand's Banpu PCL.
The contract, which comes with a two-year option, is valued at
S$43.26 million (US$25.45 million), the Singapore company said in
a statement. The barges will be used to transport coal in
Kalimantan, Indonesia. -- Dow Jones
