Semarang to host volleyball c'ship

SEMARANG (JP): Semarang will host the Inter-Club National Volleyball Championships from May 28 to June 3.

Twenty-eight teams from 10 provinces have confirmed their participation in the event.

The 10 provinces are East Kalimantan, Banten, West Java, Bali, Lampung, West Nusa Tenggara, Jakarta, East Java, Yogyakarta and host Central Java, which will send its five best teams.

The championships offer Rp 15 million (US$1,463) in prize money for the top four finishers in both the men and women's divisions. (har)
