Semarang to Cikampek Toll Fare Discounted by 30 Percent, 2,700 Vehicles per Hour Passing to Jakarta

A 30 percent discount on toll fees on the Cipali toll road has been reintroduced today, Thursday (26/3/2026) at 00:00 WIB until Friday (27/3/2026) at 24:00 WIB. This applies to toll road users undertaking a continuous journey from Semarang (Kalikangkung toll gate) to the Cikampek-Utama toll gate.

Sustainability Management & Corporate Communications Dept Head of Astra Tol Cipali, Ardam Rafif Trisilo, stated that by taking advantage of the discount programme, journeys for road users with their families feel more economical, safe, and comfortable.

“We also remind road users to always ensure that the balance on their electronic money cards is sufficient, that their vehicles are roadworthy, and to maintain their physical fitness,” said Ardam.

Meanwhile, up to this morning on Thursday, traffic flow on the Cipali toll road was observed to be easing, although there was congestion at some points. Based on data from 00:00 to 08:00 WIB, approximately 21,000 vehicles had passed through the former Cikopo toll gate towards Jakarta. This figure is 31 percent lower than the same period yesterday.

“The average volume reached 2,700 vehicles per hour,” said Ardam.

At the same time, 5,000 vehicles were recorded passing through the former Cikopo toll gate towards Cirebon. Overall, the cumulative traffic volume this morning was 27 percent lower compared to the previous day.
