Selection for MagangHub 2026 Batch 2 Begins: Check Schedule and Stages

The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has officially announced that the 2026 Batch 2 National Internship Programme (MagangHub) has entered the participant selection stage. This process is conducted directly by organising partners, which include various companies as well as ministries and agencies.

The Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity (Binalavotas) at the Ministry of Manpower, Darmawansyah, explained that this selection stage is a crucial phase for filtering competent prospective workers. According to the established schedule, the selection process will continue until mid-September 2026.

“The selection process is an important part of ensuring that participants undertake internships in accordance with their fields and the needs of the organising partners,” Darmawansyah stated in an official statement in Jakarta on Friday (11/9).

Darmawansysah added that the selection mechanism is entirely left to each organising partner. This aims to ensure that the criteria established are truly in line with specific field requirements, both in the private sector and within government institutions.

Prospective participants who have registered are required to undergo all stages prescribed by their chosen partners. The primary focus of this selection is to match the interests and basic competencies of prospective participants with the available positions within the organising partners.

Darmawansyah reaffirmed that the ultimate goal of MagangHub is to provide opportunities for participants to gain work experience that supports their future career development.
