Selecting the Best Team of Genera-Z Berbakti 2026

The journey of Genera-Z Berbakti 2026 has come to an end. All winning teams of Genera-Z Berbakti 2026 have now returned from the tourism villages fostered by Bakti BCA, where they served. The students said they left a deep impression on the villages where they lived for the past month.

Upon returning from their service period, they had to deliver a final report on all their activities. The four winning teams of Genera-Z Berbakti 2026 presented their final activity reports directly before a panel of judges from BCA, who then determined the best Genera-Z Berbakti team based on four assessment parameters: quality of presentation, programme implementation, programme impact, and programme sustainability.

After the report presentations and an in-depth question-and-answer session with the judges, the best team of Genera-Z Berbakti 2026 was selected as follows:

Best Team: Amerta Pertiwi Team from Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR)

Runner-Up I: Pelita Team from Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD)

Runner-Up II: KATALIS Team from Universitas Indonesia (UI)

Runner-Up III: Laskar Selasik Team from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM)

“Congratulations to all winners of Genera-Z Berbakti 2026. You are champions, and you have successfully demonstrated consistency and commitment in carrying out all plans until they materialised at your service locations. BCA greatly appreciates the winners’ service of more than a month in various tourism villages fostered by Bakti BCA. The four teams have proven their ability to go directly into the field and deliver impact for the communities at their respective locations. Going forward, we are committed to continuing to support young Indonesians to always create, make an impact, and grow into strong successors with firm principles in their activities,” said BCA Director Antonius Widodo Mulyono, who attended the final report session in person.

Amerta Pertiwi UNAIR: Initially doubtful, ended up being the best

The Amerta Pertiwi team from UNAIR never expected to hold the title of Best Team at Genera-Z Berbakti 2026, as they did not set lofty targets for their service in Patakbanteng Tourism Village, Wonosobo. For these young people from UNAIR, the final assessment was a moment of reminder and evaluation that their programme had to be accountable.

“We considered the final assessment session like a sharing session, with us as the bearers of information from the field. If given the opportunity, we would also be very open to discussing further the potential of Patakbanteng Village because the village’s potential is extraordinarily abundant and self-reliant,” said Regina, one of the members of Amerta Pertiwi.

Pelita UNPAD: Seeking answers through reflection

The Pelita team from UNPAD described the final report session of Genera-Z Berbakti as similar to a thesis defence simulation, but with a longer duration. For them, this moment served as a reminder that their team’s programme in Gunung Padang Site Tourism Village, Cianjur, was not merely ordinary service.

“We had to think hard to grasp the context of the questions during the final assessment, especially since every answer we gave was continuously challenged. Like it or not, we had to do some reflection before answering the judges’ questions,” said Ghifari, one of the members of the Pelita team.
