Security Guards Encouraged to Become Frontline Ambassadors of Service and Safety
PT Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera (PKSS) organised a Security Guard Jamboree 2026 at Menara Brilian, Jakarta, attended by approximately 600 security personnel from across Greater Jakarta. Carrying the theme ‘service excellence to be number one’, the event served as a platform for developing competence and strengthening a culture of excellent service for security personnel as the company’s frontline.
Participants received training on service excellence and product knowledge, as well as sharing sessions from BRI’s Customer Experience and Human Capital divisions regarding the strategic role of security guards in building trust and service quality. Participants also gained inspirational motivation from Dea Rizkita to continue developing and delivering their best performance.
PKSS Business Director Moh. Harsono stated that security guards not only maintain safety but also represent the company by interacting directly with service users, making professionalism, communication, and service quality essential competencies to continuously improve. ‘Security guards are the frontline who interact directly with service users. Therefore, professionalism, service attitude, good communication, and product understanding are competencies that must be continuously enhanced. Through this Security Guard Jamboree, we aim to build a security unit that is not only reliable in maintaining safety but also capable of providing the best service, thus becoming part of the effort to realise Service Excellence to Be Number One,’ Harsono said in a statement on Wednesday (17/6/2026).
As a form of appreciation for the dedication and contribution of security personnel, PKSS also presented Best Security awards to personnel from various work areas. The awards were given to individuals who demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and the best performance in carrying out their duties. The series of activities concluded with a display of Stick and Handcuff Gymnastics, showcasing the skills, discipline, cohesiveness, and preparedness of security personnel in performing their duties professionally. Through the 2026 Security Guard Jamboree, PKSS hopes all security personnel can continue to improve their competence, strengthen service quality, and become service ambassadors capable of providing a sense of safety, comfort, and a positive experience for every service user, in line with the spirit of ‘service excellence to be number one’.
