In response to the complaint by Mr. Danar Wisnu Prabowo on
Secure Parking at Senayan Plaza (Kompas, Jan. 5, 1996) we would
like to clarify the matter. Following an inquiry we realized that
such an incident should not have happened.

The incident was caused by a member of our staff, and we would
like to apologize for the inconvenience caused. We thank Mr.
Prabowo for the information he gave us, which will be valuable in
our continuous campaign to improve our services.

At present we are computerizing the parking system to ensure
better control.
