Second week of May: Shell resumes fuel sales and bp petrol station diesel prices drop

Jakarta (ANTARA) - In the second week of May 2026, the price of diesel fuel at bp petrol stations (SPBU) has recorded a decrease, while Shell petrol stations have resumed selling Shell V-Power Diesel fuel.

As quoted from bp’s official website in Jakarta on Monday, the price of BP Ultimate Diesel has decreased to Rp29,890 per litre from the previous Rp30,890 per litre.

For other fuel types, there has been no change since early March 2026. BP Ultimate is sold for Rp12,930 per litre, BP 92 for Rp12,390 per litre, and BP Ultimate Diesel for Rp29,890 per litre.

Furthermore, Shell petrol stations, which experienced stock shortages since early 2026, are now selling diesel fuel, namely V-Power Diesel.

The details of the V-Power Diesel price at Shell petrol stations since 9 May 2026 is Rp30,890 per litre.

On the other hand, Pertamina has not experienced any price changes since 4 May 2026. Prices are Pertalite Rp10,000 per litre, subsidised diesel Rp6,800 per litre, Pertamax Rp12,300 per litre, Pertamax Turbo Rp19,900 per litre, Pertamax Green Rp12,900 per litre, Dexlite Rp26,000 per litre, and Pertamina Dex Rp27,900 per litre.

Meanwhile, Vivo petrol stations have not announced any price changes since early May 2026. Vivo petrol station fuel prices for Revvo 92 are Rp12,390 per litre, and Diesel Primus Rp30,890 per litre.
