Second Day of Eid 2026: Whoosh Jakarta-Bandung Tickets Sell Out

Ticket sales for the Whoosh high-speed train were fully booked by midday on the second day of Eid 2026, Sunday (22/3/2026). The sold-out tickets refer to departures from Jakarta to Bandung for the first shifts from 08:00 to 11:00 WIB. Ticket sales for Whoosh from Halim Station to Padalarang Station and Tegalluar Summarecon Station will continue to increase during the Eid 2026 holiday period. “This increasing trend is expected to continue until the end of the joint leave period, even until schools reopen and the Eid Transport Post period ends on 30 March 2026,” said KCIC General Manager for Corporate Secretary Eva Chairunisa in an official statement on Sunday (22/3/2026). For those wishing to travel from Jakarta to Bandung using Whoosh, they are advised to book tickets immediately to avoid running out. Eva stated that the majority of current Whoosh passengers are dominated by people travelling for holidays, both from Jakarta to Bandung and vice versa, with a tendency for family and group trips. Based on recent observations, the atmosphere at Whoosh Stations is busy but orderly, with smooth service flows and boarding processes. To support passenger comfort during the Eid holiday period, KCIC also provides various facilities at the stations, ranging from children’s playgrounds, VIP waiting rooms, music entertainment, disability toilets, mother and baby rooms, free WiFi services, water stations, food and beverage tenants, as well as various other supporting facilities that can be enjoyed by passengers while waiting for departure. “KCIC thanks the public for their trust in choosing Whoosh as a mode of transportation during the Eid holiday period,” said Eva. “We hope the journey taken can support moments of togetherness with family.
