Seats needed in Blok M terminal

I think the Blok M terminal lacks facilities. It is very
annoying for commuters to have to stand while waiting for the bus
to enter the terminal. No seats are available and many have to
wait outside the terminal to have the first chance to board the
bus.

If the government provided seats for every bus lane inside the
terminal, I am sure people would prefer to wait in the designated
places.
