SEA Games lifters to train in Bogor

JAKARTA (JP): Bogor, West Java, has been named as the training
site for selected national weight lifters destined for the
Southeast Asian Games in Chiang Mai, Thailand, in December.

Starting today, 36 lifters will undergo rigorous training
programs at the Gajah Sena gymnasium, in preparation for their
participation in the region's sporting extravaganza.

Every three months their performances will be evaluated
through a series of trials among themselves. Indonesia's nucleus
lifters team will be selected on the basis of those evaluations.
The team will be made up of 13 men and 11 women, Antara reported
