Screening of Data for Teachers Without Educator Certification 2026: Schedule and Stages
The Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel (Ditjen GTK) of the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen) has launched the 2026 Data Screening Programme for Specific Teachers Without Educator Certification. This is aimed at accelerating the completion of the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) programme.
According to the official Kemendikdasmen website, the programme seeks to ensure that all eligible teachers without an educator certificate are optimally registered and given the opportunity to participate in PPG.
Teachers who meet the requirements and have not yet participated in PPG, whether teaching in public or private schools, can immediately confirm their interest in joining PPG via the SIMPKB Application or Info GTK, as the confirmation process will end on 30 April 2026.
Targets of the 2026 Data Screening Programme for Teachers Without Certification
The 2026 Data Screening Programme for Specific Teachers Without Educator Certification targets teachers who:
Hold an academic qualification of S1/D4;
Are actively teaching in the 2023/2024 academic year; and
Do not yet possess an educator certificate.
Schedule for the Implementation of the 2026 Data Screening for Teachers Without Certification
The following is the timeline for the implementation of the 2026 Data Screening Programme for Specific Teachers Without Educator Certification.
Programme release: 1 April 2026
Confirmation of participation by teachers: 1-30 April 2026
PPG registration: 1 April-30 May 2026
Further verification by education offices: 1-30 May 2026
Announcement of administrative selection results: 4 June 2026
Calling of participants: 15 June 2026
Implementation of PPG Phase 2: 22 June 2026
Stages of the 2026 Data Screening for Specific Teachers Without Educator Certification
Teachers included in the targets will receive notifications through their respective Info GTK accounts upon checking and accessing the Info GTK page at https://info.gtk.kemendikdasmen.go.id/ and the SIMPKB PPG at https://ppg.simpkb.id/.
Subsequently, teachers are required to:
Update and verify-validate (verval) their diploma data via the Info GTK page; and
Confirm participation in the PPG programme via SIMPKB PPG.
- Available confirmation options include:
Interested in participating in PPG,
Not interested in participating in PPG,
Currently participating in PPG, and
Already possess an educator certificate.
For teachers who express interest, the administrative selection registration process is conducted via the SIMPKB application.
Selection results will be announced periodically through each participant’s account.
