School enrollment broker

Some parents currently enrolling their children in school are
deeply concerned about the presence of "brokers". Many cannot
afford the official enrollment fees let alone pay for a broker.
Many have to pawn belongings in order to prevent their children
from dropping out of school.

The brokers' existence needs to be questioned and examined. We
are curious to know from whom they are given this opportunity to
prey on the parents. It is hoped that stern measures will be
taken to put an end to their activities and to preclude
recurrence in our educational system in the years to come.
