School dropout rates in Central Sulawesi decrease by 10 per cent

The Central Sulawesi Provincial Government has announced that throughout 2026, the dropout rate for students across all levels—including kindergarten, primary, junior high, senior high, and higher education—has experienced a 10 per cent decrease.

Speaking in Palu on Thursday (17/9), the Vice Governor of Central Sulawesi, Renny A. Lamadjante, stated that the ‘Berani Cerdas’ programme implemented by the Central Sulawesi Provincial Government, alongside the ‘Sekolah Rakyat’ programme introduced by President Prabowo Subianto, has contributed significantly to lowering the dropout rate.
