presidential progress report.

Aug. 10: 1. General response to proposals of MPR ad hoc
committees; 2. Establishment of MPR commissions.

Aug. 11-14: MPR commission meetings.

Aug. 15: 1. Report of MPR commissions to MPR plenary session;
2. Final response from MPR factions to results of commission meetings.

Aug. 16: MPR Annual Session in recess to hear presidential
state of the nation address.

Aug. 17: MPR Annual Session in recess for Independence Day
commemoration.
