Schedule for the 13th Salary Disbursement in 2026: Civil Servants, PPPK, TNI, and Police Check Here
The government has officially established the schedule for the disbursement of the 13th-month salary for 2026. This is stipulated in Government Regulation (PP) No. 9 of 2026. Based on the regulation, the government ensures that the transfer process to each recipient’s account will begin in June 2026. The government has determined that recipients include civil servants (PNS), government employees with work agreements (PPPK), TNI soldiers, and Police members. This provision also covers state officials, retirees, and non-civil servant employees working in government agencies. The components received are regulated in Article 10, including basic salary, family allowance, food allowance, as well as position allowance or general allowance. For PPPK, there are special rules in its calculation. If the tenure is less than one year, the 13th salary is given proportionally. Meanwhile, PPPK whose tenure has not reached one full month before 1 June 2026 are not entitled to receive the salary. The funding for this policy comes from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) for central agencies and the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) for local governments, as regulated in Article 21. With the issuance of this PP, the government hopes that the distribution of THR and the 13th salary not only provides certainty for state apparatus but also serves as an impetus for household consumption, which has been the main pillar of national economic growth.
