Schedule for One-Way, Odd-Even, and Contraflow Systems for the 2026 Return Flow on Java Island Toll Roads

The Indonesian Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub RI) and the National Police Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri) have prepared traffic engineering for the 2026 return flow. Various scenarios such as contraflow systems, odd-even restrictions, and one-way operations will be reimplemented as during the 2026 outbound flow but in the opposite direction from east to west. This is to facilitate smoother traffic flow so that holidaymakers can return to their workplaces more quickly. The measures will be enforced starting from 23 March 2026 at 14:00 WIB until 29 March 2026 at 24:00 WIB. In addition to the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road, the Jagorawi toll road will implement contraflow from KM 21 (Gunung Putri) to KM 8 (Cipayung) on 24 March 2026 and 29 March 2026 from 14:00 to 19:00 WIB. For the return flow, a one-way system will also be applied starting from the Semarang-Solo toll road at KM 421 directly to the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road at KM 70, commencing on Monday, 23 March 2026 at 12:00 WIB until Sunday, 29 March 2026 at 24:00 WIB. Holidaymakers preparing for the return journey are urged to ready themselves and ensure their vehicles are in prime condition.
