Schedule and Locations for Mobile Driver's License Services in Jakarta, Saturday 1 August 2026

The Jakarta Metropolitan Police Directorate (Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya) is once again providing mobile Driver’s Licence (SIM) services across five regions of DKI Jakarta on Saturday (1/8). This facility is provided to make it easier for the public to extend the validity of their legal driving documents without needing to visit the main Satpas office.

According to an official post from the TMC Polda Metro Jaya X (Twitter) account, the mobile SIM services this weekend will operate from 08:00 to 12:00 WIB. To ensure a smooth renewal process, applicants are urged to complete all required documentation before arriving at the location. Mandatory documents include the original SIM, a copy of the SIM, a copy of the KTP (Identity Card), and a medical certificate.

It should be noted that the mobile SIM service only handles the renewal of active Class A and Class C licences. For holders of expired licences, applicants are required to apply for a new licence at the nearest Satpas office in accordance with police regulations. Furthermore, Class B licence renewals cannot be processed at the mobile units. Holders of Class B licences must manage their renewals directly at Satpas offices due to differences in technical administrative procedures and vehicle tonnage limits exceeding 3.5 tonnes.

In accordance with Government Regulation (PP) Number 60 of 2016 regarding the Types and Tariffs of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) applicable to the Indonesian National Police, the base cost for renewals is established accordingly.
