Saudi Crown Prince and French President Discuss Regional Developments

Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received a phone call from French President Emmanuel Macron on Sunday, during which they discussed regional and international developments, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA). According to SPA, the two leaders reviewed the latest developments related to the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between the United States and Iran, as well as ongoing efforts to facilitate a comprehensive solution that would enhance security and stability in the region. They emphasised the importance of guaranteeing freedom of navigation and supporting diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions. Both sides also discussed bilateral cooperation and exchanged views on other regional and international issues of common concern.
