Dr Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Hajj and Umrah, has invited this year’s pilgrims to share their views and suggestions to help improve services for future Hajj seasons. The initiative underscores the Kingdom’s commitment to continuous enhancement in Hajj service management and delivery.

Al-Rabiah made the appeal via his official X account, stressing the importance of listening to pilgrims’ experiences and using their feedback as a primary source for service development and improvement.

He explained that pilgrims’ insights play a crucial role in elevating service quality and enriching the overall worship experience, emphasising that their experiences remain central to ongoing development within the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem.

According to him, on-ground observations, suggestions, and ideas from pilgrims significantly contribute to enhancing service efficiency and performance at every stage of their pilgrimage journey.

The initiative forms part of a broader approach prioritising service recipients’ engagement in quality evaluation and improvement processes.
