Saudi Arabia Launches Discounts for Hajj Pilgrims via Nusuk Card

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia has launched an initiative to provide offers and discounts for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims through the Nusuk Card. This card is the official identification issued to all Hajj and Umrah pilgrims as well as those working within the Hajj system.

According to the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, this initiative aims to offer special facilities, offers, and discounts to Nusuk Card holders from leading national entities across various sectors. Details of these entities can be obtained from the Nusuk platform, including sectors such as retail, transportation, catering, hospitality, health, and entertainment.

Quoted from the Saudi Gazette website, Thursday (9/4/2026), through the Nusuk Card, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah seeks to enhance the experience of Allah’s guests and the quality of services provided during the performance of Hajj and Umrah rituals. The ministry considers chambers of commerce as an important bridge between the ministry and the business community.

It should be noted that the Nusuk Card is an identification card for Hajj pilgrims that allows them to access all holy sites and benefit from services provided to Allah’s guests to perform Hajj rituals easily and comfortably. This card must be carried by Hajj pilgrims throughout the entire Hajj period, in every movement, from arrival to departure, and while in holy places.

As part of its digital transformation, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia has provided a digital version of the Nusuk Card through the Nusuk and Tawakkalna applications. This allows Hajj pilgrims to access their data instantly and facilitates the verification process and access to related Hajj services at any time.
