Saudi Arabia condemns Iranian attacks on Kuwait, Jordan, and Egypt

Riyadh (ANTARA) - The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on Friday strongly condemned Iran’s attacks on Kuwait and Jordan, including strikes on corporate buildings that resulted in the death of one worker. Saudi Arabia reaffirmed its solidarity with the two brotherly nations regarding the Iranian attacks, which are considered violations of international law and the principles of good neighbourliness. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed deep condolences and sympathy to the bereaved families, as well as to the government and people of Kuwait, emphasising the need for an immediate end to Iranian attacks and rejecting strikes targeting vital facilities and civilian areas. Furthermore, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs also condemned drone attacks that caused fires on two ships at the Port of Damietta in northern Egypt. Saudi Arabia affirmed its full support for Egypt and all necessary measures to maintain the sovereignty, security, and national interests of the country.
