Saturday: Mobile Samsat services available in eight Detabek areas

The Registration and Identification Sub-Directorate of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police’s Traffic Directorate has provided mobile Samsat (Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap) services in eight areas of Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Detabek) on Saturday. Through the mobile Samsat, the public can access several services, including annual vehicle registration certificate validation, payment of Motor Vehicle Tax, and Mandatory Road Traffic Accident Fund contributions. Mobile Samsat units are typically deployed across various areas to make it easier for the public to access services without needing to visit a main office. The service locations include: Kota Tangerang at Alun-alun Cibodas and Ayodya Apartment from 09.00-11.00 WIB; Serpong at the Samsat car park from 09.00-11.00 WIB and ITC BSD from 13.00-15.00; Ciledug at the Samsat Office and Fresh Market Green Lake City Complex in Cipondoh from 09.00-11.00 WIB; Ciputat at the Samsat car park and Pondok Betung Urban Village from 09.00-11.00 WIB; Kelapa Dua at Gtown House Square Gading Serpong from 08.00-11.00 WIB; Kota Bekasi at the West Bekasi District Office car park from 09.00-11.00 WIB; Depok at the Samsat car park and Cipayung Urban Village Office from 08.00-11.00 WIB; and Cinere at the Pasir Putih Urban Village Office from 08.00-11.00 WIB. Residents are required to bring several documents to make vehicle tax payments, including the original identity card of the vehicle owner, the vehicle ownership document, and the vehicle registration certificate, each accompanied by a photocopy. Applicants must also not have motor vehicle tax arrears of more than one year. The mobile Samsat outlets only serve annual motor vehicle tax payments, while for five-yearly tax payments and number plate replacements, applicants must visit the nearest Samsat office in person.
