Sari Roti Producer Enters Livestock Feed Manufacturing Sector Using Redundant Assets
JAKARTA – Emitter bread producer PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI), known for the Sari Roti brand, has announced plans to expand its business operations.
The expansion plan was disclosed through information disclosure at the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Friday, 27 February 2026. The company will add a new business activity classified under KBLI 10801, namely livestock feed ration manufacturing.
“For livestock feed flour products, the company will conduct in-house production by utilising investment in a livestock feed ration factory and supported by competent workforce,” stated ROTI management in the information disclosure on Friday, 27 February 2026.
The expansion into livestock feed ration manufacturing is seen as having potential to add value to existing business operations.
The company noted that increased revenue and profits can be obtained through utilisation of redundant assets via the new business activity. This step is considered to enable profit increases and provide added value to shareholders.
ROTI will seek shareholder approval through an extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting on 7 April 2026. Such approval is required to realise the new business expansion.
