Sarana Jaya Launches "Warna Fine Living" for Quality Housing
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya is delivering quality housing through the development of the “Warna Fine Living” project, a landed housing estate that prioritises sustainability and quality concepts.
“We continue to ensure that every project we develop is not only physically high-quality but also adds value from an environmental and living comfort perspective,” said Sarana Jaya’s President Director, Bernard Yohanes, in his statement in Jakarta on Monday.
“Warna Fine Living” forms part of the company’s commitment to providing property products that are relevant to societal needs and oriented towards sustainability.
He revealed that with a strong concept and ongoing construction progress, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government-owned company is optimistic that Warna Fine Living will increasingly attract public interest and drive the company’s marketing performance in 2026.
Bernard stated that this concept brings harmony between modern housing and the natural environment, through area planning that considers ecosystem balance, green open spaces, and the quality of life for residents.
The landed housing is located in Situ Gintung, in South Jakarta. The Warna Fine Living project is being developed on a 10,566 square metre (m²) plot of land, designed as a planned integrated residential area.
Bernard explained that Warna Fine Living is designed not only as a place to live but also as a living space that integrates with nature.
“Through an integrated design approach, this project offers a comfortable, healthy environment that supports a modern, sustainable lifestyle,” he said.
The project features a variety of housing types designed to meet the needs of urban residents, including the Amethyst type with a building area of 167 m² and land area of 84 m², as well as the Irish Deluxe type with a building area of 129 m² and land area of 66 m².
Each unit is designed with optimal spatial layouts, natural lighting, and good air circulation to enhance resident comfort.
Bernard added that in line with the ongoing project development until February 2026, Sarana Jaya has realised the construction of a sample house (show unit) of the Deluxe 6x11 type in the project area.
The presence of this sample house, he continued, serves as proof of the development progress while providing a tangible picture to the public of the quality of housing being offered.
