Sarana Jaya Accelerates Legality of Menara Samawa for Legal Certainty

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya is accelerating the legalisation of the Menara Samawa residential tower in Nuansa Pondok Kelapa, East Jakarta, through the signing of Sale and Purchase Deeds (AJB) and certificate transfers to provide legal certainty of ownership for the tower’s residents on Thursday.

“The implementation of the AJB and certificate transfers serves as tangible proof of our commitment to providing legal certainty to the residents,” said Director of Development at Perumda Sarana Jaya, Arjo Baroto, in Jakarta on Thursday.

He stated that 40 residents participated in the AJB signing and certificate transfer process. During the event, five resident representatives received certificates symbolically at the Nuansa Pondok Kelapa Marketing Gallery in East Jakarta.

The AJB signing and transfers, he said, represent the company’s commitment to ensuring that the public’s ownership rights are fulfilled legally and transparently.

“We hope this process runs smoothly and further accelerates the resolution of housing legalisation for all Menara Samawa residents,” Arjo stated.

According to him, the AJB and transfer applications are being carried out in stages for residents who have met the administrative requirements in accordance with applicable regulations.

“We also assess the readiness of the beneficiaries or residents, both financially and in terms of family preparedness,” Arjo added.

In his view, housing plays a crucial role for society, not only as a place to live but also as the starting point for family livelihood.

“Housing has two philosophies: as a place of life and a place to begin livelihood. Life and livelihood start from home,” Rio explained.

Through this activity, Sarana Jaya is committed to promoting the acceleration of affordable housing ownership programmes that are safe and provide legal certainty for the public.
