Santika to offer fashion luncheon

YOGYAKARTA: Top fashion designers will show off their latest
creations at Santika Hotel's fashion luncheon, "The Inspiration
of Nature", at lunchtime on Saturday.

The event on Jl. Jendral Sudirman is held in cooperation with
the Association of Indonesian Fashion Designers and
Businesspeople (APPMI) of Yogyakarta.

Santika Hotel's PR Officer Erma Wheny said 13
local designers of national repute including
noted batik designer Afif Syakur, Boyonz Ilyas, and
Ramadhani, would participate in the event to be held
at the hotel's Tirta Santika Pool Plaza, an open space
near the swimming pool.

"We deliberately plan to hold it on an open space with
the hope that it will make visitors comfortable and relaxed and
to make it closer to nature," Wheny said.

The program runs from 11.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and costs Rp 67,000
